Tuna Pasta with Sweetcorn

A creamy, tangy pasta bowl with flaked tuna and sweetcorn that is ready in minutes.

SHOPPING LIST

• penne pasta400g
• tuna in spring water2 tins
• sweetcorn1 tin
• mayonnaise4 tbsp
• plain yogurt2 tbsp
• lemon juice1 tbsp
• black pepper1 tsp

METHOD

1. 1Cook the penne in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
2. 2Drain the tuna and sweetcorn well.
3. 3In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and black pepper.
4. 4Add the tuna and sweetcorn to the dressing and stir to coat.
5. 5Fold the pasta into the tuna mixture until evenly combined.
6. 6Serve immediately, warm or at room temperature.
