Sticky Chilli Gammon Tray

Sticky chilli glazed gammon with roast potatoes, served with lettuce, tomato and garlic mayo.

SHOPPING LIST

• gammon steaks4
• potatoes800g
• sweet chilli sauce4 tbsp
• olive oil2 tbsp
• little gem lettuce2
• tomatoes2
• mayonnaise4 tbsp
• garlic1 clove

METHOD

1. 1Heat the oven to 200C and cut the potatoes into wedges.
2. 2Toss the potatoes with olive oil and salt on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes.
3. 3Brush the gammon steaks with sweet chilli sauce and add to the tray.
4. 4Roast for 15 minutes more until the gammon is cooked through and the potatoes are crisp.
5. 5Mix the mayonnaise with crushed garlic.
6. 6Serve the gammon and potatoes with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and garlic mayo.
