Pizza-Topped Garlic Breads

Fluffy garlic bread bases topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni, baked until bubbling.

• garlic2 cloves
• tomato passata200ml
• dried oregano1 tsp
• mozzarella ball125g
• pepperoni slices100g

METHOD

1. 1Slice the ciabatta in half lengthwise and place on a baking tray.
2. 2Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic, then brush over the cut sides of the bread.
3. 3Spread the passata over the buttered bread and sprinkle with oregano.
4. 4Tear the mozzarella and scatter over the sauce.
5. 5Arrange the pepperoni slices and olives on top.
6. 6Bake at 200°C for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
7. 7Scatter with basil leaves, slice and serve hot.
