Loaded Jacket Potatoes with Beans and Cheese

Crispy-skinned baked potatoes filled with warm baked beans and melted cheddar cheese.

SHOPPING LIST

• baking potatoes4 large
• baked beans in tomato sauce2 tins
• cheddar cheese150g
• butter2 tbsp
• salt1 tsp
• black pepper1 tsp

METHOD

1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C and prick the potatoes with a fork.
2. 2Rub the potatoes with butter and salt, then bake for 60 minutes until the skins are crisp.
3. 3Heat the baked beans in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes until hot.
4. 4Cut each potato open and fluff the inside with a fork.
5. 5Spoon the beans over each potato and top with grated cheddar cheese.
6. 6Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
