Jack-O'-Lantern Pepperoni Pizza

A homemade pizza with a carved pumpkin-face pepperoni topping, a fun Halloween dinner for the family.

SHOPPING LIST

• strong white bread flour400g
• passata200g
• mozzarella200g
• pepperoni100g
• dried yeast7g
• olive oil2 tbsp
• black olives50g

METHOD

1. 1Mix the flour, yeast, a pinch of salt, the oil and 250ml warm water into a dough, then knead for 5 minutes.
2. 2Leave the dough to rise for 15 minutes while you prepare the toppings.
3. 3Roll the dough into a large round and place on a lined baking tray.
4. 4Spread over the passata, then tear the mozzarella on top.
5. 5Arrange the pepperoni and olives to make a pumpkin face.
6. 6Bake at 220C for 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese melted.
7. 7Slice and serve hot.
