METHOD
1Cut the fish into strips and season with salt and pepper.2Set up three bowls: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with cumin and paprika.3Dip each fish strip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.4Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.5Shred the cabbage finely and mix with the yogurt and juice of half the lime.6Warm the tortillas in a dry pan for 30 seconds each side.7Fill each tortilla with fish and cabbage slaw, then squeeze over the remaining lime.8Serve immediately.
